Thanks for your feedback [~vinodkv]. We use 
SchedulerApplicationAttempt.getAppAttemptResourceUsage().getPending(), not 
hasPendingResourceRequest(). In fact i don't quite understand what you mean. 
attemptResourceUsage records the resource information of an attempt, no matter 
it is scheduled by CS or Fair. Would you please explain your concern?
