Attaching a new patch with the following updates:
- includes put for flow version
- confirmed that [~sjlee0]'s TimelineServicePerformanceV2 works with
HBaseTimelineWriterImpl in a pseudo distributed cluster setup
- added checks for nulls while preparing Puts in various places
- added a CreateSchema java code (instead of the jruby code). Tested in
pseudo-distributed cluster setup.
