HDFS and YARN/MR use different web frameworks for their web ui's. For adding
this to YARN/MR, the change involves in hamlet web
framework(hadoop-yarn-common) which uses by Yarn and Mapreduce. I will handle
as part of other jira for HDFS if this seems fine for others.
