Yeah, thats a problem. Maybe we should display the child queue's maxApp to say
"Not configured"(or something along those lines) in those cases instead of
Integer.MAX_VALUE ? Ideally we would want to show maxApps = 50 on the parent
queue on the UI, but unfortunately I believe the scheduler page supports "Queue
status" box(the box that shows up when we click on the arrow on the left of a
leaf queue) only for leaf queues and not parent queues.
