Hi [~jianhe] thanks for opening this JIRA. Right now on the YARN-2928 branch
we're trying to build the web UI for ATS v2. We also have our currently
proposed RESTful web services in YARN-3814 and will definitely add more. This
said, I'm wondering if it's fine to use the on-going ATS v2's web UI as an
experimental place for the new UI? We can try out the front end tools as well
as our new web services when we build the new UI. If this proposal looks good,
maybe we can link some ATS v2 web UI JIRAs here? Comments and suggestions are
more than welcome!
