Attaching latest patch that addresses the following:
* Keep the {{increasedContainers}} in the protocol
* Synchronize {{ContainerMangagerImpl#startContainers}} and
{{ContainerMangagerImpl#increaseContainersResource}} with
{{NodeStatusUpdaterImpl#registerWithRM}}. The lock scope in registerWithRM is
minimized to cover only the {{resourceTracker.registerNodeManager(request)}}
call
* Add a test case to test synchronization between increaseContainersResource
and registerWithRM
