Hi [~ozawa] and [~varun_saxena], thanks for asking me for ideas. In my
understanding, FS Writer and Reader in Timeline v2 is mostly used for early
prototype in our PoC stage 1 which have many significant limitations to go to
production. We almost only use it for testing purpose. Do you have any solid
scenarios and cases that need this feature to work with optimization?
IMO, our priority in YARN-2928 branch now is app/flow/ aggregation, Reader
refactor, REST API, WEB UI, but not include enhancing corner/test cases.
[~sjlee0], what's your opinion on this?
