Attached ver.2 patch, addressed most of [~mding]'s comments, except:
- In this patch still uses Expire event to send increase expiration status to
RMContainer. This is because ContainerAllocationExpirer only uses ContainerId
as parameter, we cannot include more information such as if the container is a
increased container, etc. Please let me know if you think it's not good to you,
I can update the received type ContainerAllocationExpirer to include more
information.
And also fixed some test case failures as well as findbugs/audit/javac/javadocs
warnings.
