[~sjlee0], kindly review.
For first 2 test failures, YARN-4297 has been raised.
Last 2 test failures(in RM) seem unrelated. They pass in local anyways.
Findbugs warnings is a leak from trunk code. YARN-4223 already exists to track
it. Maybe you can check that in as well.
