Thanks for looking [~Naganarasimha]. But I'm not sure if that is the reason for
test timeouts for YARN-4350. Using ":0" should have the same effect of finding
an available ephemeral port if I'm not mistaken. Also, all other daemons in the
mini YARN cluster are doing that without issues.
