Hi [~Naganarasimha]
Is the patch 001 the latest patch? If we want to use a fixed port in a unit
test, wondering if we should get it from the configuration (use default if not
set in config). Or consider setting the default in a constants file used by
unit tests, if there is such a file for tests.
