Oh and I forgot to mention one point. For each of the proposed end points, not
providing an UID means querying them. Apps can be one example, flows can also
be one example. One problem is that if there's no query parameter for those
queries, there may be too many of them. So, we need to enforce some parameters
to limit the number of entities returned from the calls.
