Thanks [~hex108] for filing this. It will speed up the recovery.
For the specific scenario mentioned here, I feel a fast recovery is better than
blocking the entire client call. We are not sure how much time it may take for
recovery of completed apps. So an on-demand fast recovery looks a good option,
provided we will keep some cache information that these fast-recovered apps
which are not to be recovered again.
