Uploading a patch that makes SystemClock a singleton. In addition to changing
all occurrences of {{new SystemClock()}} to {{SystemClock.getInstance()}}, it
also changes {{new ControlledClock(new SystemClock())}} to {{new
ControlledClock()}} as the default constructor for {{ControlledClock}} already
uses {{SystemClock.getInstance}}.
