Thanks for the good improvement [~leftnoteasy], [~zhiguohong], [~sunilg],
[~adhoot]! For cache timeout interval, should we change the semantics of -1 as
"cache forever" and 0 as "no cache" to be more consistent with JVM setting
"networkaddress.cache.ttl"?
