It's complaining that the javadocs are invalid: Java 8 javadoc is a lot less
forgiving.
This needs to be reverted or fixed, as it is breaking jenkings as it was
clearly checked in without looking at the "hadoop-yarn-server-resourcemanager
in the patch failed with JDK v1.8.0_66." bit of the Yetus report.
Please: Fix this with a one line emergency patch or revert the change.
Otherwise I'll do the rollback. Sorry
