Given that the property name in the patch is
{{yarn.nodemanager.log-dirs.permissions}}, it should be made to apply to all
container executors. Though if we only want this for DCE (e.g. this could be a
security concern for LCE?), then I think the property name should reflect that
it's only for DCE.
