Thanks a lot [~jlowe] for the very useful comments and help. I have updated the
patch to have a default DrainDispatcher for MockRM. Also reduced the
containsKey-get-remove to a remove and get-remove to remove in RMNodeImpl. I
fixed 2 test classes where the drainDispatcher was following older code style
along with the writetoHostFile change. Test cases' timeouts are now 30 seconds.
