Thanks [~brookz] for updating the patch. With a TODO item (and YARN-4677 get
filed) to address my concern above on the time window between
completedContainer() and RMNodeResourceUpdateEvent sounds good to me. Also, the
v5 patch looks pretty good as well.
Will commit it tomorrow if no further comments from others.
