[~sunilg], Well before putting the effort just would like to know [~wangda]'s
thoughts on the same.
and also isnt YARN-4304 already planned to be handled in YARN-4751, may be if
eric agrees then you can assign to yourself and handle the both issues there,
or else raise one new jira mapping to this jira, anything is fine with me
