Thanks [~curino] for the documentation patch. I have opened JIRAs, YARN-4826
and YARN-4827 for adding documentation for Capacity/FairScheduler respectively.
I went through the documentation as an exercise and found some minor issues for
which also I have opened JIRAs - YARN-4823, YARN-4824 & YARN-4825.
