Thanks for calling it out, [~vinodkv]! I also feel uncomfortable on existing AM
blacklisting mechanism (agree that name is a bit confusing :().
Put some thoughts (and design) on YARN-4576 before. May be we should check how
to consolidate these JIRAs?
