bq.Patch generated 1 ASF License warnings.
it's unrelated ..And it's tracked in HDFS-10221.
bq.hadoop.yarn.server.resourcemanager.rmapp.TestNodesListManager
only this test failure is related , rest all not related to this...this is
addressed and uploaded the patch.
