Hi [~kasha] and [~yufeigu]
I think this patch will be very helpful in 2.8 branch too. Recently we had some
other test failures (YARN-4947) and while trying to prepare a patch for 2.8, we
felt that this will be helpful to use some new apis. (waitForState for node)
