Are you proposing the AM be able to change the type in a previous
ResourceRequest? Or, modifying the execution type of a running container?
Shouldn't the latter be solely at the discretion of RM/NM ensemble - I see the
need for a promotion, why would we want to demote? Will that be to continue
running even after being preempted?
