[~kasha], what I meant was.. Given that the allocate response already contains
a {{allocated_containers}} list. And given that one can query the Resource
Capability as well as the container execution type from the Container record..
I was wondering if we really need the {{increased_containers}} and
{{decreased_containers}} field in the AllocateResponse as well.
A updated container can be returned in the {{allocated_containers}} list and
the AM can just compare with its existing container to examine what has been
updated.
