My Bad ... even after document pointing out the hdfs rpc port different did not 
configure it and wasted some time .... :(
[~gtCarrera9], Based on my initial analysis, i could see that the 
*TimelineMetric.realtimeAggregationOp* is getting set as NOP because of which 
its not aggregating. Was wondering even though its set in 
*NMTimelinePublisher.reportContainerResourceUsage* how its getting reset. will 
further check and update.
