Basically patch
# removes all the core-site.xml files from test package which was overriding
*hadoop.security.token.service.use_ip*.
# Updates {{TestAMRMClientOnRMRestart}} test file to use
*hadoop.security.token.service.use_ip* disabled.
And after running tests, need to check does any other tests cases need to be
updated for above configurations.
