The existing {{TestContainerManager}} test class will be modified to be able to
use both the {{ContainerManagerImpl}} and the {{QueuingContainerManagerImpl}}
during the tests. This way we will make sure that no regression was introduced
in the existing cases by the {{QueingContainerManagerImpl}}.
