I missed that abort part. Thanks for pointing it out.
It is the case that none of the mapreduce changes are code changes (only
whitespace and comments). If we do want to make sure we get a clean result,
then I could separate YARN from MAPREDUCE, get YARN tested and committed, and
then file a MAPREDUCE JIRA only for the mapreduce changes. It seems bit of an
overkill, but I could do that.
If you're comfortable with the current state (and I think as long as YARN was
fully vetted we should be good), please go ahead and commit it. Thanks!
