The patch applies. I meant that we have a navigation bar on top of the UI page
which has links to Cluster Overview, Applications, Nodes, etc. We do not have a
similar link for Flows there.
It was there in an earlier patch you had shared once offline. But has been
missed in this one. It needs to be added in {{templates/application.hbs}}
