Javac warnings are caused by known JDK 7 issue which cannot be fixed:
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-6480588
ASF license is not caused by this patch since this patch doesn't add any new
file.
Test failures are not related except TestQueueMetrics looks suspicious, will
investigate it.
[~vvasudev]/[~kasha], could you help to review this patch?
