Just caught up with this issue. This is really required for debugging loaded
dispatcher.
Overall patch reasonable to me. One thing I observe is logging is in INFO. But
in large cluster 1K 2K 3K events are so common in fluctuation that printing for
every modulus(%) 1K does not reasonable I feel. Either we need to change to
DEBUG or need to increase dividing factor greater than 1K. Thoughts?
