Looked at the patch mainly from the exception POV and it looks good to me.
Can you do these trivial fixes though they aren't not tied to this patch
- TimelineWebServices has unused imports
- EntityCacheItem.fs, variable "Exception caught" in
EntityGroupFSTimelineStore are never used
