[~Naganarasimha Garla] I think Target version 2.7.4 should be more suitable. As
per discussion in common-dev for the release 2.7.3, Vinod might have already
created RC or he will be creating it today. Basically 2.7.3 checkins are locked
unless issue is very critical/blocker.
