Uploading patch v6 (against trunk).
- Modified the name of the new Event class to be RMAppKillByClientLogEvent
- Changed the ip address parameter to be of type InetAddress instead of String
- Updated the unit tests in TestRMAppTransitions and added more to the tests in
TestRMAuditLogger to include these changes
