Description:
The following check is incorrect in DefaultContainerExecutor:
if (Shell.WINDOWS && sb.getWrapperScriptPath().toString().length() >
WIN_MAX_PATH)
should be >=, as the max path is defined as "D:\some 256-character path
string<NUL>" on Windows platforms.
