[~jlowe], I just unassigned myself, please feel free to reassign.
I think it might be good to update few other places to make this to be a more
comprehensive fix, including:
- FiCaSchedulerApp#findNodeToUnreserve
- caller of canAssignToThisQueue, pass down
application.reservedResource(partition)
- LeafQueue#canAssignToUser, use application.reservedResource(partition)
