I think if its for all partitions or for a single label, this new api can help
in getting all (provided changing get-node-labels is not planned). I personally
feel we can have only required REST end points and each serve the critical
information needed for user.
I dont see any problem in having list for all but I thought making a point to
check whether reusing NodeLabelInfo was considered or not.
This jira was trying to gather as many information as possible for a label. So
such a detailed info class can be used in general too and you have mentioned
that there are use cases for all list. I think i can update this ticket handle
it if its fine.
