Couple of comments.
* In the call to GenericTestUtils#waitFor, the 2nd and 3rd parameters (500 and
200) should be interchanged.
* The test failure seems related. I think we need to shutdown
DefaultMetricsSystem or simply use another container ID in the test to get rid
of the error.
