Currently we load the new UI to the port RM:8288, since we want to keep both of
new UI and old UI, and new UI can be enabled by user manually.
I'm also OK (and actually preferred) to run the new UI on the same port of the
RM, such as RM:8088/ui, since we're using a different Jetty server to host the
new UI, not sure if it is possible to run two HTTP server on the same port but
has different namespace. Did you have experiences about that? If you haven't
tried it before, I can also take a look.
