Couple of comments:
* Can we add javadoc for all the methods in {{OpportunisticContainersStatus}}.
* {{opport_cores_used}} can be int32 instead of int64.
* rename {{RMNodeStatusEvent::getContainerQueueInfo}} to
{{getOpportunisticContainersInfo()}}
