I am thinking loud to see if the following can be achieved at the framework
level -
1. Inclusion (Container Ids): Provided an inclusion list of container ids of an
application, kill them all
2. Exclusion (Container Ids): Provided an exclusion list of container ids of an
application, kill all except the ones in the list
3. Inclusion (Hosts): Provided an inclusion list of hosts and an application,
kill all containers of this application running in all these hosts
4. Exclusion (Hosts): Provided an exclusion list of hosts and an application,
kill all containers of this application running in all hosts except on the ones
in the list
