[~gsaha], I built with the patch, ran unit tests, and tried starting services
using the API. The unit test failure is due to a different issue and will be
fixed in YARN-5690. One suggestion I have is that the new actionStatus method
should probably be added to the SliderClientAPI interface. Maybe in the future
we could separate this into two client interfaces, one designed for CLI and one
for Java clients.
