Does the current patch have the potential to leak
{{application\_\*\_\*\_DEL\_\*}} directories? In
{{ResourceLocalizationService#cleanupLogDir}} would we want to check if the
renamed \_DEL\_ directory exists in the case where the original log directory
doesn't exist and delete if necessary?
