The Control Center groups are defined in the org.opensuse.yast.Group.*.desktop files, see [1]. These files are installed into the /usr/share/applications/YaST2/groups/ directory. Then just reference the new group from your YaST module .desktop file, like in the package manager example [2] and [3].
