I think we should open a bug with this for our grub2 package so mchang
(and maybe okir) can take a look. I don't know how hard would be to
improve the Grub2 patch so it takes into account the case of encrypted
PVs and then "/" as an LV on top. That's a very common approach among
our users, since it's the way YaST has been proposing for decades.
