- fate #120118 - Locks API is ready, but PoolQuery needs a fix for
(exact/glob) matching of the name attribute of
patches/patterns/products! Other stuff should work.
- It seems that we now have API matching all the application layer
requirements, jkupec will document it on

problem with order of destruction of static objects
