document your changes in .changes
* refer to bug numbers (and mark the bugs fixed)
* point to README_FOR_APP, especially for vendor customization
* don't forget that others may have changed your module
(UI? translations?)

submit to YaST:Web:STABLE
osc sr -m "many new bugs. fixed." YaST:Web $PKG YaST:Web:STABLE
