So yast2-webservice was installed and the right script was run. But
then the plugin scripts were installed without adding their rights in
.policy files.
A simple workaround would be to start
/usr/sbin/grantwebyastrights in Martin's patch script of the appliance.
As far this script is called *after* the package installation.
